MU Helper & Offline Leveling

MU Helper is the official auto-play system: it fights, heals, buffs and picks up loot for you — and it keeps running after you close the game. Set it up once and your character keeps hunting while you are offline.

Opening it: Press Z, or open the Main Menu with N and click MU Helper. Configure the Hunting and Obtaining tabs, then press Start to have it play while you watch — or press OFF EXP, which saves your settings, starts the helper and takes your character offline so it keeps hunting after you close the game.

Offline Leveling (OFF EXP)

Your character keeps hunting after you close the game

Set the helper up, then press OFF EXP instead of Start: your settings are saved, the helper starts and your character is handed over to the server, so you can close the client while it keeps hunting on the same spot. Offline experience is 85% of the normal rate (90% with Experience VIP), and a session runs up to 6 hours (8 with Experience VIP) before it ends on its own.

  • It pays a Zen fee every 5 minutes: the stage cost (20 → 50 → 80 → 100 → 120) multiplied by your total level, moving up one stage every 200 minutes of the session.
  • Equipment is repaired while offline with no VIP needed — but only if you tick Repair in the helper settings before you start, and only once a piece drops to half durability.
  • Picking up drops while offline is a Drop VIP perk: without it the character still fights and gains EXP, but leaves the loot on the ground.
  • Your Dark Raven or Horse keeps fighting alongside the character while it is offline, for every player, no VIP needed.
  • Dying ends the session: the character is returned to town at full health and logged off, and the rest of the offline time is forfeited. Set the healing options up for the spot you leave it in — this is the most common reason a session is over sooner than expected.
  • A session ends when the time limit is reached, when the Zen for the next payment runs out, when the character dies, or as soon as you log back in. Except after a death, you find your character exactly where you left it.

Step #1 — Range & Auto Heal

Set the attack range

The range decides how far your character wanders from its spot. Two to four cells is the sweet spot — larger values make it chase monsters you did not intend to fight and drift off the spot.

Set how it reacts to attacks

Choose how your character answers when something hits it, and whether it returns to where you started the helper.

Long-Distance Counter Attack — strikes back at enemies from the farthest range.

Original Position — walks back to the spot where MU Helper was started.

Distance — the delay in seconds before it returns to that spot.

Enable auto potion

Tick the Potion box so the helper drinks healing potions on its own, then open Settings to choose when.

Set the HP threshold

Pick the minimum HP (0–100%) at which a healing potion is used, then save. Keep it high enough that a bad pull does not kill you.

Initialization — resets the settings to default.

Save setup — stores your settings on the server.

Cancel — discards the changes.

Step #2 — Skills & Combo

Set up combat skills

Put one skill in Basic Skill, or up to two in Activation Skill 1 and Activation Skill 2. When you use two, tick Delay and set the delay time so they do not fight over the cast.

Set up a combo

To attack with a combo, place the skills in the correct order, tick Delay and enter the delay time. The helper then plays the combo as its attack sequence.

Fine-tune with Con

Tick the Con box and open Settings to choose the attack condition: whether a monster only needs to be within hunting range or must be attacking you, and how many monsters have to be around before the skill fires.

Automatic buffs

Enable Buff Duration and assign your buff icons to the fields. Each buff is re-cast as soon as its effect ends, so you never hunt unbuffed.

Step #3 — Loot & Requests

Obtaining — what it picks up

The Obtaining tab decides what the helper does with drops. Set the pickup range with the + / − buttons, then either grab everything nearby or name exactly what is worth bending down for.

Pick All Near Items — everything in range, simplest and heaviest on space.

Pick Selected Items — tick Jewel/Gem, Zen, Set Item, Excellent Item, or type an item name into Add Extra Item to build your own list.

Repair Item — repairs your gear while it farms, so durability doesn't end the session.

Save Setting keeps the list; Initialization clears it back to defaults.

Other Settings — requests it answers

The Other Settings tab covers what the helper accepts on your behalf while you are away from the keyboard, plus how it reacts to being attacked.

Auto accept — Friend and Guild Member requests, so nobody waits on you.

Auto accept — Party: invites are taken automatically (the same switch as the Auto Party chip and /autoparty).

PVP Counterattack — fights back when a player attacks you instead of standing still.

Fair play: MU Helper is a server feature, available to every player at no cost beyond its Zen upkeep. Because it exists, third-party bots and clickers are never necessary — and they are not allowed.
