Guild Roles & Permissions
A guild is created at the Guild Master NPC from level 100 and holds up to 20 members, with up to 2 guilds per alliance. There are seven ranks, highest to lowest: Guild Master, Assistant Guild Master, Battle Master, Veteran, Elite Member, Member and Recruit. Everyone joins as a Recruit, and the guild master appoints ranks from the Members list.
The guild master appoints ranks from the Members tab — Position opens the list above.
Only the guild master can invite, kick, promote, declare a guild war or change alliances — and a member leaving the guild is the one exception to the kick rule. The bank columns are the defaults: the guild master can open withdrawals up to any rank in the guild settings, and is always allowed himself.
Guild Bank
The guild bank is storage the whole guild shares: 3 item pages plus a shared Zen pot, so materials and drops for sieges and events don't have to sit in one person's vault. Any rank may deposit by default; withdrawing is limited to the officers, and the guild master decides which ranks may take things out.

The guild master ticks deposit (D) and withdraw (W) per rank — his own access can't be revoked.
PIN: The guild master can protect the bank with a PIN, exactly like a personal vault. While one is set, every member has to unlock the bank once per session before its contents show or anything can be moved — and only the guild master can change or remove it.
